What is the maximum number of physical processors for a opensuse 11 system?
We plan to create 4xQuadcore machines (16 cores on one mainboard). 64-bit. Is this possible?

I think the smp kernel supports at least 64, and I know the Linux kernel can scale up to at least 1024. I doubt you’ll have a problem in
this case.
