All finished now.
Apparently packman was being updated at the same time.
When I later restarted “zypper dup”, I finished up with 4592 changes total. That’s 132 more than before.
But all is good. Most of the packages had already been downloaded from my earlier aborted update. So only around 200 packages had to be downloaded to finish the job.
The only “problem” that I ran into, is that “chromium-ffmpeg” is a version ahead of “chromium”. I just kept the older “chromium-ffmpeg” that is already installed. That will probably be fixed over the next week or so.
Responding to I_A – no, I’m not confused or troubled. I knew there was an unusually big update coming.
