make: command not found

I get this message. Before successfull installed some packages. What I need reinstall?

zypper install make

Install most software via
Yast - Software - Software Management
Filter by Package Groups

If you really need to install stuff manaually
go the Software Manager mentioned above
search:
make
gcc

and check them for install
you may need other packages too

you need to go su in zypper to install
Zypper/Usage/11.0 - openSUSE

Resolved. There are some instance of yast2, zypper, etc at previous days. Reboot serv, reinstall zypper, make, gcc.
