Main OSS Repository for OpenSUSE 10.3 still broken

For a few days now, I’ve received an error message whenever attempting to update the Main OSS Repository.

I have tried to contact someone within the community with this information, but (probably because of my own ignorance how to do it the right way) failed.

This is turning into a major headache, since it seems to have propagated to the mirrors as well.

The message says

Download failed:
Curl error for ‘http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3/repo/oss/content
Error code: HTTP response: 403
Error message: The requested URL returned error: 403

As HTTP error 403 means:

Forbidden
The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 404 (Not Found) can be used instead.

I just entered the URL in the location bar of Konqueror and a text page is displayed (giving a list of all productts in the repo). So it seams it is not Forbidden to me. And I can also use (install from it) it normal. As I am just a normal Internet user, I wonder why you can not attach this page. But it is certainly not broken for everybody.

I got the same problem… but with OpenSUSE 11 repos.

Any solution?
