mailx wrong port in use

Helo.

Using this mailx command :

mailx -vvv
   -r "user_install@mydomain.net"
   -s "Subject: MAILX - FULL SMTP port 587 - FULLNAME - TEST to superlinux"
   -S smtp=mail.mydomain.net:587
   superlinux@mydomain.net  <<< "Some text"

I am expecting to use port 587 on my mail server on the local network.
But it is port 25 which is in use :

Resolving host mail.mydomain.net . . . done.

>>> RCPT TO:<superlinux@mydomain.net>
250 2.1.5 Ok
>>> DATA

>>> .
250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 92B27260BFD
>>> QUIT
221 2.0.0 Bye

Both port are enabled.

Any help is welcome.

Bad parameters was left in sender’s /etc/mail.rc
