I’ have an openSUSE 11.4 (x86_64) mail server with running postfix
the question is :
it’ s possibile foward the attachment when is bigger into external ftpserver with an user and password and send in attachment the link for download?

Not easily. I don’t think Postfix has an option to do anything like
this, and such a function would have to be done by the MTA.
That’s not to say Postfix couldn’t be modified to do this, but the more
universal solution is to put limits on the size of attachments and have
the MTA reject messages over that size.
Users will learn, eventually, to not e-mail large files (when they stop
going through).
