Mail list problem

Hello everybody!

I subscribed some mail lists at the last days. I’ve been reading some and one specifically i want contribute. When i try to send an e-mail, it returns this message:

The message from <xxxxxxxxxxxx@xmail.com> with subject
“[opensuse-artwork] Wallpaper based on forum thread” was unable to be
delivered to the list because of an access rule set up by the list
administrator.

(The denied message is below.)

Can someone help me? I want to help the community. lol!

Make sure that you are not sending html mail. As far as I know, html mail is blocked.

I’m sending a normal mail directly from gmail webpage, just text. Only if gmail send the e-mail by html and i don’t know. :sarcastic:

I would guess that gmail send html mail by default. I have never sent a gmail message, so I don’t know for sure.

Try using Thunderbird or other mail client on your computer, where you have better control of formatting.

gmail often has this problem. As I recall, there is a way to force it to
do text-only rather than multipart MIME. I use gmane to access the
openSUSE mailing lists, so I don’t know exactly how you’d do that. I
imagine Google would turn up several explanations on how to do that.

I installed Thunderbird, setting the ‘send formatting’ without html and send the mail again. Works fine. Thanks man!!!
