lxterminal zombie

Greetings,

I noticed that starting lxterminal creates a zombie.

ps -e | grep '<defunct>'
 6741 pts/4    00:00:00 lxterminal <defunct>
ps -o ppid= -p 6741
 6740
ps -e | grep 6740
 6740 pts/4    00:00:00 lxterminal

Is this a known issue?
A web search did not show related infos.

That may depend on how “lxterminal” is started – whether started at the command line, or from the desktop.

In any case, there is likely no need to be concerned about it.
