When i boot the computer, NumLock does not turn on. I Have it configured in Bios and in YaST (tried “BIOS” and “Yes” values), but it still does not turn on in boot.
Any ideas/help? (yes, i have numlockx installed!)
Please Help!

Other people have reported this in KDE (for opensuse 12.1).
There’s a setting in KDE that I use to work around the problem. I’m not sure what settings are available for LXDE.
You might want to browse the forum to find other threads on this.
well, in KDE i also got it working. But there’s no such option on LXDE.
Anyone has a solution?
Add
touch /var/run/numlock-on
to
/etc/init.d/boot.local
