LXDE transparency was working in openSUSE 12.2. No longer true after upgrade to 12.3.
Under Panel Settings -> Appearance -> Solid Color (with Opacity) -> Panel is not transparent with 0 opacity.
I can’t even get transparency to work in Conky either.
Fake transparency or whatever it is.
