LXDE - Filemanager

Once in a while you use a filemanager and with LXDE there is a problem.
Well, i need to address this on the LXDE forum.
Anyway, if i copy files from one place to another it sometimes says it
can’t because of a filerror. mmm…
Also if you want to copy new files into existing folders and you click
skip, it skips everything and not just the already existing files.
Now i have to relay on the terminal to do that job with a command like this.

no|cp -r -v /source folder/* /destination folder

This will copy everything that is not already present and skips
automatically everything that is already present.

I am debating with myself if that behaviour is a bug or if the
filemanager simply has limitations.
So before i go to the LXDE forum i was thinking to ask here.

PCManFM was developed and then development stopped and then development resumed; I haven’t encountered any of the problems you mention in openSUSE LXDE but that may be because I haven’t pushed it that far - it is on my reserve machine, not my production machine.

I use it quite often and I have never encountered this.

You could also ask on IRC channel freenode #opensuse-lxde when the openSUSE community packagers for LXDE is logged on.

Sadly i can not find a log for the filemanager. Not sure if it has one.
Anyway, yes i will do that. With Gnome and KDE i did not have this
particular problem, but it did happen. Strange.
