I have upgraded my Servers to 13.2 today.
Worked fine doing the upgrade with zypper.
Basically no Problems, all Services work fine after the upgrade.
But I get a lotta error Messages now in /var/log/Messages:
Cannot add dependency job for unit cups.socket, ignoring: Unit cups.socket failed to load: No such file or directory.

Was not there until the upgrade to 13.2 (13.1. before).
