Lost OpenSuse after win7 installation

After installing Windows 7 my computer doesn’ t ask which OS to start. I starts with win7 automatically. How can I start my computer with OpenSuse?

what happened: the windows 7 iinstall clobbered the boot loader.
the fix: I think you may be able to edit the boot.ini file in windows to be able to ‘point’ to the linux install.
if not: worst case is to “always” install windows first, then install linux second and if needed you can edit the boot loader that linux installs.

This may help get grub back. Windows does not admit that any other OS exists, so does its best to break things.

thank you for your replies. but the link you gave doesn’ t solve my problem…

is there any other solution?

Try this Re-Install Grub Quickly with Parted Magic

EDIT:I see this has already been suggested to you on your other thread, have you tried it ?!!

One simple, but ugly solution is to install easyBCD in windows, configuring it is easy.
