Lost network connection openSUSE 11.1

Hi Everyone,

I am using openSUSE 11.1 and I have lost my network connection. I am not sure why. I originally thought it was hardware related, but it was not. How can I get my network connection up and running again. I am using a static IP on our network. I can still edit the network adapter via Yast.

just use yast2 network configuration to fix your network configuration.

I have already dony my checking in Yast. Everything seems fine.
Any other suugestions?

The output of all the network type thingies…

route, ifconfig -a, a ping to the gateway etc…

Is it wireless wired, local or internet or both etc…

For some strange reason my network connection started to work again. I cant explain it, but I am very happy.
