looking for install dvd repair functionality without dl'ing whole dvd

When screwing up my install I usually fix things by using the repair
sub-system on the install dvd but this time I did an online upgrade so
I’m looking for an alternative source and the only dl’s seem to be the
live cd’s or the dvd (and 5gb or so do me is a 24hr dl)

Installing openSUSE from
the Internet
