define “Cryptographic Toolkit”…
i ask because there are uncountable cryptographic encoding/decoding
programs, features, methods, algorithms, security precautions
available in free and open source software…
openSUSE is likely able to run them all, if correctly setup and operated…
i’m unaware of a particular single program named “Cryptographic
Toolkit” available anywhere…but the following find lots of those
previously mentioned uncountable bits and pieces:
http://www.google.com/search?q=linux+Cryptographic+Toolkit
and, here is a Python Cryptographic Toolkit (with capitalized
Cryptographic Toolkit) http://sourceforge.net/projects/cryptkit/
sure it will run in openSUSE and every other Linux…
so, try again with a more specific openSUSE question?
or, maybe you will find your answer in these 204 packages with the
string “crypt”
or these 25 with the string “encode”
http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=encode&baseproject=openSUSE%3A11.3&lang=en&exclude_filter=home%3A&exclude_debug=true
or these 9 with “decode”
http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=decode&baseproject=openSUSE%3A11.3&lang=en&exclude_filter=home%3A&exclude_debug=true
