I will be moving to KDE Plasma on my main machine shortly and am currently deciding on the distro.
Neon, Kubuntu or Plasma on TW.
I love the whole idea behind TW and the quite different way it rolls which should result in a more stable experience thanks to the extensive testing.
It seems most people update their TW installations very frequently.
I’m in the middle here - I like a stable distribution which pushes me toward the Ubuntu/Opensuse leap corner as I don’t care for daily or even weekly updates.
However i would like the ability to pull in say, the latest Plasma version when released perhaps every few months without having to wait perhaps 18 months.
So my question, given the high level of background testing, can you zypper dup TW every 3-6 months without increased fear of breakage?
Many thanks, Rob
