Logitech Unifying Receiver wakes system from sleep immediately

I managed to solve the issue by:

1. Performing a fresh install with the 13.2 GA media
2. Installing Solaar
3. Adding the rules document specified here https://github.com/3v1n0/Solaar/blob/master/rules.d/42-logitech-unify-permissions.rules into /etc/udev/rules.d (and removed my own)
