Am I the only user having problems logging out? Deleting all my browser cookies seems to be the only way.
Nope, same here. It will have to do with the work going on behind the scene. The forums software is being updated.
I do not know what your ppoblems are. When I log out, there is a message (most of the time) telling there was some problem and “click here for log out”. I click that and then it seems to log out. The openSUSE server seems to know I am not loged in, what seems logical enough to me. You seem to think that it also has something to do with cookies. Which might be true, but I do not know where that is defined.
I do know that you can have a situation where a login only showed you the login page again and again. Then removing all cookies would help. But I haven’t had this in a long time.
And, as said, there is a lot of work (new software level) going on ATM.
So I say thanks to this working people!
:/;)] Hope all sides will be aware that the normal user/human will easier notice the small things that may work not at first try or click than the big things that may just work at first try or click. I think I would have a personal buffer overflow if I would really notice (and not forget fast) all things that have run “normal”/like I expected them to run./:/;)]

works fine here…cookies not needing to be touched…
maybe disable all your add-ons (are you using firefox, or??) and try
again…then add the add-ons back in until it stops working again…
or, are you using a beta browser?

Obviously not but I’ve not had any problems at all.
It’s not a real problem. I can wait till all the changes are fully implemented. In the meantime I can live with deleting cookies or shutting down the browser and starting again. By the way it happens with Opera, Firefox, and Konqueror. In fact this post is after I had logged out.
