When I hover over the “Last post by” entries in my subscriptions list, the “hover window” is telling me that, myself and other folks who seem to be on-line, are in fact “off-line”.
You’re right. I’ve never noticed that before. Minor bug with vBulletin I
guess. You can easily see who’s online and not by clicking on those threads.

I guess nobody noticed because this indication is of almost nil value.
I can be “online” on my desktop, but at the same time being shopping in the city center (to name just one possibility)…
