logged in but still have to captcha every post or edit

Hope this the correct place every time although Im logged in it requires Image Verification
to post or edit Im greeted at the top of the page but still get the box to fill in

I assume you are talking about login in the forums. Then this is indeed the wrong place. This is of course about login in an openSUSE system. And about install and boot of the same (you realy thought that this subforum would cover installing the forums and booting the forums?)

Next time please take a look at the list of sections and subforums available on the main page of these forums. There is Other Forums > Forums Feedback > How to use the forums. IMHO that covers your question nicely.
