I received a old computer of a company that don’t use it anymore. When I started up, I saw that it had Suse. But there are 3 accounts with a password that I don’t know it.I’m not home in this linux distibution. Can I log in as a guest like in windows? Or is there another way to do something with the computer without knowing the passwords?

There is no equivalent to guest (unless the previous user set it up). So you cannot log in that way.
However, you could try a LiveCD and see whether the hardware is supported and what is there. As openSUSE distributions are only intended to last for two years, the chances are you would be better installing a newer distribution over the old one.
Best bet is to ask the company for the root password that way you can set up a user account.
