Hello,
I have tried Red Hat Enterprise 6.4 Server (desktop version) and I really liked the lock screen. Right now, I am using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. My questions is that: How can I use the RedHat lock screen on Tumbleweed?
Cheers,

The reason why I am asking for this, is because I really liked it. I can edit the login screen, but not the lock screen (I can put in a picture, but when I click the picture goes away, then a it asks for my password: and there is a default opensuse background there). And I would like to change the look of that one. Since no-one is answering, is it even possible to do it?

And what desktop environment are you actually using?
Nobody can answer that question without knowing that.
For KDE(4), it is possible, but not straight-forward. See here: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?t=110039
But if you are using KDE(4), you could also install/use Plasma5 or wait a few weeks (then you’ll get Plasma5 automatically), this does allow to change the background picture in the settings.
