Localising to a new language, seeking someone to show me the ropes

Do you know anyone involved in the localisation efforts at the higher levels
Not sure this is the right place but I started working on translating some apps and the landing page to Hebrew. Apparently I’m the only one doing this. I was looking in the wiki for any senior contributing members working on translation to discuss some technical issues regarding translation, localisation and rendering of pages from right to left in the output, but the translation mailing list has not been helpful - no one got back to me.

thanks

Looks like a recent reply on the translations list with some ideas - admin@o.o (which would open a ticket in the Progress tracking system) or the heroes ML (which is the infrastructure team). I might also be inclined to add to that the project ML as a place to ask, since you’re looking at elements that are project-specific (as opposed to translation for individual software packages, which would be better done with those upstream packages’ projects).

The project ML is fairly active, and seems to me like a good place to go next.

Yes, and thank you.
Indeed, someone got back to me from the translation ML after I posted this and was very helpful. I’ll contact the suggestions. Re: projects ML: Thanks. Took me sometime to figure out but I found in Weblate (example: the Welcome app) under each project’s Overview the details of a web page associated with it (github, in all cases I checked) . Recording the answer here just in case someone stumbles upon it and wonder about the same thing.
