During SUSE installation there are some patterns you can choose when
selecting the software to be installed. One of these is a web server,
another is MySQL, and you can add PHP packages if they aren’t done by
default. Everything can be done after the fact via Yast with the same
screens or package-by-package under Software: Software Management. Give
it a shot and post back where you end up.
