Loading kernel module with OpenSuse Leap 15.6

Hi there,

I installed the xpadneo driver GitHub - atar-axis/xpadneo: Advanced Linux Driver for Xbox One Wireless Controller (shipped with Xbox One S)
The installation seems to work fine and it creates a few files in /etc/modeprobe.d:

After the installation I noticed that even after a reboot, if I do ./configure.sh it says:

./configure.sh: trigger_rumble_mode: parameter written to /etc/modprobe.d/99-xpadneo-options.conf
./configure.sh: WARNING: hid-xpadneo not loaded, configured anyways

So I thought about running dracut so I did:

sudo dracut -f --regenerate-all

In dracut output there is no mention of xpadneo though. I tried rebooting again of course but still, the module does not load.

Any thoughts?

If not automatically, download the ueficert rpm for the package, reboot and do this:
