live stream issues

I upgraded firefox from 33 to 34 and now I have live stream issues. I downloaded a number of files the other day firefox and adobe being two of them.
I don’t know where the problem might originate from, but I hope the fix is soon to come. I need my live stream.

Hi
The httpfox add on may shed some light, had you tweaked the
about:config tls to 1 before the upgrade?

Am I correct in guessing that I have to revert back to my previous versions. If so then how do I go about doing this thing.

Hi
I don’t think so, unless your happy with the vulnerability’s?

So did you see anything occurring in the httpfox add-on?

What live streams are you having issues with?

I had problem with 34 also and so have others but all have different problems. It all seems to boil down to the json or js files were the configurations are stored. It seems that 34 may be stricter parsing and causes problems forcing a rebuild of the files

here is what I did I started a new profile

firefox -ProfileManager

Then started moving files from my old profile one by one until I broke the new profile then I did a mod to change that file ie in my case it appears to have been prefs.js forcing some change to my preferences seems tohave starightens things out. I did have to reinstall the dictionary to get spell check to work and reset my skins. ie it was a pain LOL but I am totaly back to where I was in 33

The only thing I know is uninstall and reinstall. I am gonna leave the fixing to whoever broke it unless I can do the things that I just mentioned.

I belive your bug has something to do with adobe’s flash update, as Firefox started blocking the old flash player, did you update flash to 11.2.202.425, if you have an older version Firefox will block it.

I updated flash from the multimedia:apps repo as that one seams to have a newer version 11.2.202.425
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=multimedia:apps&package=flash-player
the official non-oss repo only has flash 11.2.202.411 available.
