Is there a Live Multimedia bootable DVD, with support for most video and audio formats, convert between video formats (avidemux) and audio formats (PACPL), and aplicacions like VLC, DEVEDE, Amarok, K3B, Mediainfo, DVD::RIP etc, It would be good if it includes also a web browser and libreoffice.

You could build something like this with SUSE Studio - you’d just need to
add the Packman repository, and probably not publish it on the gallery
(which is the default).

Take a look at openSUSE-Edu-li-f-e.x86_64-13.2.1.iso. You can probably find the project with a web search. That has at least some of the restricted formats. It probably does not have everything that you want, but it might be worth taking a look. The “li-f-e” part of the name is from “linux for education”.
