Linux noob need suse 11 help ibm r50e

Hi i’ve just finished my first install of opensuse 11. Im using an IBM Thinkpad R50e which has an Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG NIC. Which im trying to get to talk to my router which is a Netgear DG834GT. Is there a guide anywhere which could help me to set this up.

Hey, I run openSUSE 11.0, KDE 3.5 on a tp R50e with Intel 2200 as well. Wireless worked out of the box for me. I set up my connections simply by right clicking Knetworkmanager → configure connections or so. If your ssid is hidden, you might have to edit wpa_supplicant.conf.
