The main OpenSuse page’s link to the forums is a tiny link way at the bottom among a bunch of other links. Lots of pages have this sort of section of tiny links at the bottom, and my sense is that this where things get put that are an afterthought. Things that weren’t considered in the actual page design but someone realized “oh we need to have these things somewhere” so they get stuck there. No one sees them unless they go looking for them (like me, just now using Ctrl-F in my browser).
I think the forums link should be somewhere more prominent, like among the links at the top, or at least in the Contribute section that one of those links gets you to.
