Like to use CD to boot into an installed partition.

Like to use CD to boot into an installed partition. I know it’s easy. I forgot how. Just like installation - install - boot to an installed partition. Looking for one step boot. Do I need to use grub on a CD. I think it should be an option in YAST. YAST GRUB is not intuitively obvious. It is barely readable much less understandable.

Thanks

If you want to start an existing Linux system already installed on a hard drive of your computer you could use the SuperGrub disk ( http://www.supergrubdisk.org ).

If you just want to have a look at the data stored on a hard drive of your computer you could use any live system (like http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/13.2/iso/openSUSE-13.2-KDE-Live-i686.iso ).

Thank you.

Supergrub is not what I was asking for, but it makes me happy.
