Light, from Team17/Steam - anyone running?

This game came as part of a HumbleBundle, and I’m enjoying it quite a
lot, but I get a crash upon exiting the “Departure” level.

Crash details are here:

I’ve posted in the game’s forum in Steam, but Team17 isn’t being as
helpful as I’d hoped - after a long wait for a response, I got a few
suggestions for Debian/Ubuntu (basically “install the ia32 library
package, and Steam is only supported on Ubuntu”). Obviously, I don’t
want to switch over to Ubuntu when everything else I do works fine on
openSUSE, so I’d prefer a real solution instead.

The surprising thing is that I get a fair number of levels in - so it
seems unlikely to be, say, a problem with the 32-bit libSDL_mixer (which
seemed to be the first suggestion) library, because if it were that, why
would it wait until several levels in before crashing?

Wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences with this particular
game. It uses Mono, and I seem to have everything I need installed for
that.

It seems to be when it calculates the score for that level that it’s
bombing. I found that in ~/.config/unity3d/ somewhere, there was a
directory that contained the faked registry that mono uses for the app,
and was able to tweak that to enable the next level and continue.

Not really a solution, but a workaround.
