libx265-87

here’s the file libx265.so.87.xz (this is a leap 42.1 x64 shared object)
https://mega.nz/#!GwxD3KAT!njG67YpJUcHIR7H0OQK_DdsWD99UZEL3ATPMFXoEaPI

it’s xz compressed use it until packman updates ffmpeg (I think that’s where the missing dependency is)
use it at your own risk, it’s clean as it’s from packman but I’m just some dude on the intranetz

The problems should be fixed meanwhile, the ffmpeg packages have been rebuilt:
http://lists.links2linux.de/pipermail/packman/2016-October/014718.html
It may still take some time until the new packages are available on all mirrors though, I suppose.

I find one mirror has elder rpm, put here:

http://ftp.twaren.net/Linux/Packman/suse/SLE_12/Essentials/x86_64/libx265-87-2.0-1.1.x86_64.rpm

That’s for SLE12, not openSUSE.
Should work in this case, but it’s not advisable in general to install packages from other distributions.

But as I wrote, the problem is fixed already, all ffmpeg packages have been rebuilt to use libx265-95.
At least packman.inode.at (the mirror I use) and gwdg.de do provide the new packages already.

So, installing libx265-87 should not be necessary any more.

OK. openSuSE is here:

libx265-87-2.0-1.1.x86_64.rpm

As you will have read, in the meantime, all is settled, thus no need to point to any RPMs, because all will work automagicaly again.

BTW, you already mixed SLE with openSUSE. Please try to find out what the difference is and that this here are the openSUSE forums and how the correct spelling of openSUSE is.
