I want to make the text look sliced horizontally as in THIS image. I couldn’t find any way in LibreOffice. In MS Word there is a button that lets you slice the text (or make the text look as if it were sliced), but I couldn’t find it in LibreOffice.
From the image you posted it looks just like the Strike Through attribute. Is this what you meant?

If so you can define a paragraph style for it. Just set the attribute from the Font Effects Tab, there are several line styles.

It was definitely the strike through option, except that I had it when I right-clicked and chose Character from the Menu. Thank you, Paul.
The right-click option is still there, just ensure the text you want to strike-through is highlighted. Actually there are several ways to go about this, depending on your preferred method of working.
If you didn’t want to create a specific style, or use the right-click method, you could add Strike Through to the “Formatting” tool-bar.
View > Toolbars > Customise
Select “Formatting” from the drop-down menu (or, add it to any toolbar of your choosing)
Add
Select “Format” in the Category section
Scroll down to “Strikethrough” in the Commands section
Add > Close
Position new toolbar button relative to the existing
OK

Which I’ve now decided to leave in place…
Only possible disadvantage is it uses the default single line strike through.
select style instead of character when you right click
SUSE Paste
Thank you, guys, that’s more than I expected. We should have a beer some day.
