Libreoffice 4.1.6 on cannot read csv

I am using libreoffice 4.1.6 on opensuse 13.1
Since last update, I cannot read a csv file in calc.
I do know that is it saving as csv file correctly, but reading correctly is not possible.

This seems to work fine here. (also LO 4.1.6/openSUSE 13.1)

Could you describe in more detail what you do and what happens?
Do you get an error message?
Does this happen with all csv files, or only specific ones? If the latter, could you maybe provide such a file?
