Ooooh okay right right. That’s nice actually! Thanks! Lifesaver! Gonna try it!
I disabled hardware acceleration in firefox but it keeps being unresponsive and slow when viewing most sites :X
I only use Firefox and have no issues but then I don’t have an intel adapter.
It could be one of your addons or if you had the profile for a long time it could be a bad database in your profile
give this addon a try and see if any of your addons are leaking memmory
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/about-addons-memory-2016/
ps to see how much RAM your addons use go here (after installing the addon)
about:addons-memory
are you using flash, if so disable it does that fix things?
are you using an ad blocker if not you should, if you’re using abp try ublock-origin as it’s lighter then adblock plus and unlike it it releases a lot of RAM used up by ads
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
if that doesn’t help try mozilla’s static firefox build
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/46.0/linux-x86_64/en-US/
I am not using flash nor any special addons. But I am signed in with my firefox account.
Here is the output of the page (picture)

I have a lot of addons 30+ of them
I don’t know it could be the pages you visit if they have a lot of badly written javascript, try ublock-origin or ask at mozilla?
maybe someone with an intel card can be more helpful
Hmm…I see. Many thanks for the assistance btw. OKay, I’ll probably stick to another browser or hope for an update that may fix issues.
I am so excited
20160511 snapshot just fixed the issue icons. Just like that! I don’t know how that happened
