LibOpenCL only version 1.0

The rusticl also provides only version 1.0:

/usr/lib64/libRusticlOpenCL.so
/usr/lib64/libRusticlOpenCL.so.1
/usr/lib64/libRusticlOpenCL.so.1.0.0

And -lOpenCL links to /usr/lib64/libOpenCL.so, which is also at version 1.0.

I think, the people, who build the packages for OpenSuse distro must become active.
