Tried to enable KVM + KVM tools from the YaST Install VM module, and since yesterday I haven’t been successful because of this:
File ‘./x86_64/libnetcontrol0-0.3.2-59.7.x86_64.rpm’ not found on medium ‘https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/network:/utilities/openSUSE_Factory/’
@andrea.ippo simple answer, don’t use development repositories…
It’s available in the default repositories…
And an addition to Malcolms comment:
IF you feel the urgent need to add 3rd party repos, you should definitely get familiar with zypper. Your problem is self created as the 3rd party repo was added without the “auto refresh” flag. The package version on the server is higher as the one you try to install. Enabling auto refresh for additional repos and using zypper ref afterwards will solve such basic issues…
Reading up man zypper will give many hints…
Thanks, I really dunno how it ended up there. I’ve removed it now and KVM installation completed successfully.
