Libdvdcss Repository installation failed in 15.6

I tried to install Libdvdcss Repository using yast>repositories>add>community repositories in my new leap 15.6 but yast said me
“Error
adding repository Libdvdcss Repository failed”
how can I install it?
is it still necessary this repo?

About codecs and libdvdcss

Dear community, I am a newbie here. I’ve read a few posts about problems with codecs in the forum, regarding Leap 15.6. I have a completely new, fresh, install. Everything works fine, except for installing codecs and libdvdcss necessary to watch commercial DVD’s protected with encryption. Previously (15.5 etc.) I’ve installed the necessary packages by so-called one-click installers from opensuse-community.org, but this time it seems not to be possible. I have the same issue like pier_andreit and the proposal from dcurtisfra does not help.

manythanks , following the instructions I installed the videolan repository then installed libdvdcss2 then disabled the repository and it seems to work

For those people who are wondering as to what the URL of the VideoLAN repository for Leap 15.6 is, it’s this (as noted above in the repository information for Repository #10 ↑) –

When launching this code, I got an error message, that the public key is not available. Ignoring this, libdvdcss installs and playing encrypted DVDs works.
