Hello,
my platform is openSUSE leap 15.4, for desktop session KDE plasma (Wayland) was installed. 1920x1080 (16:9) screen resolution is only supported, but my display resolution is 1920x1200. Plasma (X11) session not helps. Main problem is that I can not adjust Screen brightness (is much lower then in WIndows10 platform), also vertical scale is little ugly and circle looks like ellipse. Can somebody help me?
Welcome to the opnSUSE forum.
I am afraid that I can not help you myself, but I assume that people here will be interested in the graphics card you use.
Please start by sharing the output of these commands…

I would suggest that you try Leap 15.5 to see if that works better.
It (15.5) has not yet been officially released, but it is close. It will be released in a few weeks. You have relatively new hardware, and 15.5 might have better drivers for that hardware.
There’s a live KDE iso that you can download for testing. If your graphics works better with that, then you could install 15.5.
Alternatively, you could just install a newer kernel with your 15.4 system.
See SDB:InstallNewerKernel for details on how to install a newer kernel.
There have been several threads here from Alder Lake users with the same problem. All were satisfied by following the advice nrickert gave here in comment #6: either switch to 15.5, or install a newer kernel. I suggest switching to 15.5, as it will be changed only very minimally between now and its official release in less than a month, and if you were to find any problem with it, the developers would want to know about it ASAP to ensure a fix can be found and applied ASAP. One big difference between 15.4 and 15.5 is support for newer hardware like yours. Alder Lake graphics represent a much bigger change from earlier Intel generations than typical of the past, significant redesign rather than mere evolution.
