Leap16 XFCE updates, amateur newish user

I have installed Leap16 XFCE along with the Myrlyn utility. Opening this it shows, on the repositories tab, only three - @System ; repo-openh264 ; repo-oss. The updates tab does not show anything when clicking either the Package-update or Dist-update buttons.

I’ve read the documentation, which I do not find easy to follow, and the system has been like this for a couple of weeks - I can’t believe there have been no updates in this time. The install is pretty standard - is there an “update repo” or other repo missing, and how do I install it to get updates?

OK, so perhaps I’m being a little pedantic, but, will the system update “as is configured” , automatically, at some future date, without I do anything?
