leap 16.0prealpha - kde discover - settings, has no add source plus button?

installed in virtualbox and briefly tried out. discovered that the kde discover application in its settings area, has no way to add sources, no plus sign there except for the existing current sources in there.

my 15.6 leap discover app has a plus button and I can add sources (e.g. flatpak/flathub) there.
early bug? need of reporting? am i missing a thing? thanks.

When you really want to help testing the upcoming Leap 16.0, then indeed reporting to the developers would be nice.
