After booting the Leap 15 install DVD on my GTX 1080ti equipped machine, the processing ended with the screen completely black, but with linux there - I could tell by the responses to my keyboard inputs “in the blind”. Does anyone know if Leap 15 can be installed onto a machine with this video card installed? I know that 42.3 had problems due to lack of noveau support for the 1080ti - maybe its still true for Leap 15. Thanks…
Try nomodeset to use a fall back driver until you can install the NVIDIA
at grub boot menu press e find line starting linux or linuxefi go to the true end (it wraps) add a space and nomodeset press F10 to continue boot
