Leap 15.5: Can't open any site which uses Google fonts

Right after the upgrade to Leap 15.5 I can’t open any site which uses Google fonts, i.e. fonts.googleapis.com. I have no idea how it’s related, but all worked before the upgrade and now it doesn’t. Could it be something to do with Firefox/openSUSE certificates? or hosts or something? Even visiting the Google Fonts web site it simply shows empty squares where all the fonts used to be. Or could there may be something with HTTP/2? Because I can see they’re all blocked in the Firefox Developer panel.

My browser is telling me that the site does not exist.

However, fonts.google.com seems to be working fine.

I should have added that I am using Leap 15.5, and I tested with both “firefox” and “konqueror”.

Try https://fonts.googleapis.com/

Tried in both Firefox and Chromium.

It does not work on Ubuntu 22.04 using default Chromium snap, so it is probably not openSUSE related.

It turned out to be the router. After nailing it down to it, as everything worked on 4G and direct connection to the ISP, I’ve reset the router to the factory settings and now all is fine.

It’s just beyond me how it stuffed up only the google fonts which are used in 99% of web sites …
