This step is for the disk partition, but it fed me with errors. I do not know how to resolve it.
I have tried to re-download the iso, but it still happened. Leap15.3 doesn’t has this problem.
Pragmatic answer - install Leap 15.3 and update.

Probably something unexpected in disk partitions layout. Show full output of
fdisk -l
blkid
lsblk -f
ok, the problem is my bootable flashdisk , i write another one with rufus, then it is working smoothly.
