I have ldap authentication working and the machine is joined to the domain, but I have to append the domain name to my login every time I log in. example: user@domain
I’ve been unable to find away to log in without appending the domain name to the username. Any ideas on how I can force the machine to automatically append the name for me?
Are you authenticating to a windows or linux box?

This is resolved. I reinstalled and picked the option to use windows(samba) to authenticate instead of ldap.
