Launching google-chrome logs me out

After a recent update to google-chrome-stable (v22.0.1229.94), I get logged out every time I launch it. I tried reinstalling with all other google-chrome files and directories deleted but no luck.

I tried starting chrome from the command line with --disable-extensions and --icognito but got the same result.

This is with openSUSE 12.2, KDE 4.9.2, and kernel 3.6.0-2. Everything else is fine except for this problem with google-chrome. I tried it with iceWM instead of KDE and got the same result.

Any ideas?

I updated my kernel and now Chrome is working again. Go figure.
