Tumbleweed has the latest QA/Tested versions and are released in each new snapshot which you update to via zypper dup
.
You could add development repositories, but little point as it doesn’t take long to filter through. For searching look at http://software.opensuse.org/search there is also a command line utility opi
but would suggest just using for search, but can install packages with this but it can cause issues.
You can pick up the RSS feed in the forum for a new Tumbleweed snapshot release, subscribe to the Factory Mailing list or look at the changes file in the Tumbleweed iso repository.
