I can not give you the URL, but I assure you that the DVD method upgrade is
supported on all those. It has always been! You can believe me on that, it
is know-how. If you wish for a categorical answer, please ask in the
project mail list.
As proof I have several bugzillas in which the first comment states that I
made such a two version upgrade (and which numbers I cited here). Believe
me, because Kulow has said so more than once, if the upgrade is
unsupported, the bugzilla is immediately closed as RESOLVED/INVALID - and
they did not.
I used the 9.3 book because it is the last thick one in paper that I have.
The book is getting thinner and thinner all the time, they remove sections.
They no longer bother to document all the changes from version to version
as they did when they were called SuSE.
