Although ATI Catalyst (fglrx) 8.50 driver has been released since 18th of June, it has not appeared in the ATI drivers repository (Version 8.49.7 is the one on the repo).
Does anyone has any information when this is going to happen? I suspect that AMD-ATI will release the next driver in short time.
Also there are a lot of fixes in this release (8.50) and it will be nice for the new users to install the latest drivers.
So do we have any feedback from the repo maintainers about the release dates?
